Pam was a Houston Spinnerette when she was in high school. They were the official hostesses for the city of Houston. They performed for dignitaries, twirled in parades, entertained our military at special functions and performed at national twirling competitions. Pam was elected by her peers as "Most Popular Spinnerette".

After Pam graduated from Texas A&M University with a 3.19 GPR she taught first grade for several years in Spring Branch ISD in Houston, TX. After giving birth to her first son she decided to stay at home for a 1 1/2 and be with her son. She then worked part-time at her church, First Baptist Katy, and started the largest Mother's Day Out program in the Houston metropolitan area which she was director of for eleven years. This allowed Pam to work and be with both of her son's while they grew up. In 1991, after her youngest son began school full-time she worked part-time at FutureSoft, Inc., which was a computer software company she and her husband founded in 1982. In 1998, she and her husband, Tim, had grown their company to almost one hundred employees and decided to turn their company's daily operations over to two of their V.P.s and only serve as board members. Pam had the opportunity to enjoy the company from a distance as well as be at home with her last son, Lance. Pam then became involved in the U.S. Dream Academy with Whitney Phipps in the Washington D.C. area. This was an education faith based academy nation wide for children of prisoners. She also found a special interest in researching her family's genealogy. She traveled for many years all over the country researching her genealogy, scanning old family photos, getting old photos identified and meeting distant relatives.

In 1991, Pam and her family moved their church membership to Second Baptist Houston in order for their sons to be able to be involved in a larger youth group. Over the years at Second she was very involved in their ladies groups, Shepherd leader, Shepherd Coordinator, Social, refreshment coordinator and spent several years involved in leadership roles in Angels of Light.
